Arc Resistant Equipment

This #EATONTechTalk will take a deep dive into what arc resistant equipment means.  How testing is performed to provide the label arc resistant.  what it means for the electrical worker, the owner and others involved with the electrical system including an eye on reliability.  A look into the changes we’re seeing in NFPA 70E as well.  This session will review the ancillary options and provisions that can help increase safety.  We’ll take a look at some research being performed in the nuclear industry that weighs in on the amount of damage the is incurred to the facility.

Mr. Matt Hussey from our Motor Control Center team will help us in our journey to understand all there is to know about arc resistant equipment.
